Personal Experience & Biography

Marlo Mcdonald is from Huntsville, Alabama. He is a college graduate of Alabama state university ( Montgomery) with B.S degrees in recreational therapy, and recreational administration . Marlo has been occupying second chance foundation for twenty- one years old and counting, as a life instructor. Additionally, Marlo served as a team leader with the Alabama apartment of youth services ( mt.meijs campus) for 25 years before retiring in 2008. Urgently he mentors team leaders and new staff at the mt. meijs campus as a retired state employee, prior  coming to The second chance foundation, Marlo worked part-time with the boys and girls club of Montgomery ( Tulane court) for seven years as a recreation director
